If you haven't been to Digg.com (there's a link on the right) you should really check it out. An ever updating social news site challenges the likes of Slashdot. It's mainly tech-oriented, but the concept is definately there. You sign up, for free of course, and start Digging! If you like an article you see, you hit the digg link next to it, and now you have just Dugg an article. There is a podcast that goes along with this site called Diggnation.
